CONPACK 4000 - AUTOMATIC PACKING
MACHINE FOR ROLLS
This model packs big moquette
or carpets rolls, having 4000 mm. height and
300÷350 Kg. weight, into polyethylene
foil having thickness 150÷200 microns.
CONPACK 4000 is manufactured
in two versions, to be set in line with the
winding machine or to pack from storage lines.
Machine is equipped with:
- Loading device, with or without rollers,
having hydraulic pushers.
- Packing device with polyethylene film
coming from powered bobbins selected at
choice, having height between 1500÷5000
mm.
- Longitudinal thermo-welding device by
impulses resistances with automatic seal
adjustment on roll diameter.
- Lateral closing device on one or both
the borders by metallic clips.
- Powered storage device for the packed
material.
